Rating 3 out of 5
It is a great school academically. While I can only speak on behalf of the biology department, the professors there have real work experience and are incredibly passionate about their teaching. Class sizes are small compared to other bigger universities, which has allowed me to get to know my professors better. The social aspect of the school can be somewhat overwhelming. It was challenging for me to make new friends outside of my classes, and it has a big party atmosphere that sometimes feels overwhelming. It is a very expensive area to live in; on-campus housing is expensive, but the rent for nearby off-campus housing is absurd.

I am an upcoming freshman at the University of Tampa and when I toured, I absolutely loved it! The environment is just so beautiful and the atmosphere was amazing. This was a place I could truly see myself thrive in.

My experience at the University of Tampa has been incredibly positive. I've found a supportive community, engaging coursework, and ample opportunities for personal and academic growth. The smaller class sizes and dedicated faculty have been particularly beneficial. While I appreciate the resources available, I'd like to see more internship and career development opportunities tailored to specific majors. Overall, I'm grateful for my time here and excited for what's to come.
