We had a great experience working with Megan. She was very responsive and friendly. The venue is perfect for a variety of events. We used the inside bar and patio. I highly recommend this venue

I was looking for someplace to have a celebration of life service and I wanted it for the day because everyone hadnt seen each other in so long and a restaurant would have you on a time frame. This was the absolute perfect solution. We had food catered in and everyone was able to just enjoy each others company . They loved that we were by the water and that the building was open and very clean. The whole process was very clear and easy to follow and the owner was always available when I needed any answers .

I was recently there for a wedding reception and the venue was wonderful ,dealing with the owners was easy and stress-free they were very accommodating we had a wonderful experience!

One of the nicest banquet halls Ive been to. Not too big, but its right on the Canal in NT. Great location, great facility. Ended up attending a Baby Shower here, it was a gorgeous day.They have their own private lot, with a little parking area on the other side of the building as well. Its located right off Payne & Sweeney, so theres street parking as an option too.Had a really great time. Will definitely keep this place in mind if I ever have something going on!

I feel terrible that it’s taken me this long to write my review. I loved this venue! I loved that it was a blank slate that I could put my own decorative touch on. It’s beautiful with absolutely nothing in the room but add the decor and it pops. I rented this for my daughter’s wedding shower in September and everything was clean and set up exactly as I needed it. I just had to come in and set up. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael’s Landing and hope to use it again for our next happy occasion.

My husband and I rented Michaels Landing for our wedding reception luncheon on July 28, 2018 and we couldnt have been happier with our choice. The location is absolutely picturesque, right on the canal in North Tonawanda. There is plenty of natural lighting from the big windows, and the option to enjoy the spacious deck and patio was perfect for our guests. Our party was 50 people, and we felt like the space was the ideal size for the amount of guests we had. The rental price was reasonable, and the staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this venue for intimate gatherings!

Great location to hold your next party. You can choose your own caterer and run the bar however you want. Let it to the caterer or hire someone to serve your beverages. Depending on the party this could save you money. Location is right on the Erie canal in North Tonawanda. Due to the lack of kitchen, I would suggest hiring a cater that knows the property if you go the caterer route.The location also gives you the option to let your guest bring dishes. So it would be great for a club meeting too.

We had our wedding at this venue and it couldnt have been any better! Being right on the water was perfect! Very easy to get a hold of and was eager to help with table and chair layouts (all included with rental). They offer catering materials (china, silverware, cups, linens ECT, for a fee). We were able to bring in our own choice for catering. Also, they have a bar area so you are able to have alcohol on the premises as long as your willing to sign a waiver making you responsible for everyone attending (underage drinkers, distruction of property ECT). Decorations cannot be stuck to anything (no tape or sticking mechanism). We just had balloons so you could do them with weights, wrap them around the gazebo, or tie them to posts with ribbon. Would definitely use this facility for other gatherings in the future! Thank you!

Walked by enjoying the ducks thru a vacant and empty lot with a path paralell to the canal.. Guy in a White Ford truck starts yelling at myself and two other guys fishing...get off my property!! I stopped to figure out where my life took such a bad turn...the guys yelling at 3 people and stops when he realizes all his signs are gone. Its summer in WNY and its a vacant lot with a bike path going thru it. (actually 3 of em) not posted. No signs. He relented and asked us to leave. They did and I did. Was a strange response.

Great spot on the water. Have gone to few parties here and thought it was great spot. Catering is up to you but as a hall rental it’s great
