  If you have a chronic condition, your primary care provider helps manage it — checking in with you, managing prescriptions, ordering tests — to help improve your quality of life.

  Vaccination is one of the best ways to maintain good health and protect against infectious diseases. Vaccinations offer protection against serious diseases by stimulating the immune system to create antibodies against specific bacteria or viruses. Get vaccine guidance from Mayo Clinic.
