My first project in FC Zenit was with Fazer Russia and showed me how different details in the project could bring a result for sponsorship integration. And approve the statement that there are no unimportant things.- Yaroslav Rakitskyi for his period in Zenit FC took part in more projects than for 10 years in Shakhtar Donetsk before. But his appearance had always been like a miracle. Fan's community had a highly positive reaction because of his reputation;- Special accent brought funny memorable detail for the clip (it's about "pesto sauce" pronunciation);- Clip publication after the champion's match expectedly gave more attention to it;- Yaroslav's mistake (which lead to the goal) was an extra reason for fans to react to his appearance on the club account. As a result:- ~60% of all views got by 1 clip (102,7K for food theme is really nice);- Happy client who was excited by views;- +1 role for Yaroslav Rakitskyi;- Helpful and healthy integration with smart montage (by Anton Dudin)- Nice club polo shirt in my collection.Pavel Ivanov, you had more interesting Yaroslav' role. Maybe sometimes you'll write about it.https://lnkd.in/e-Qznuqw#project #football #sponsorship #marketing #react #like

The ICC World Cup 2023 logo features nine symbols, each representing a different emotion that fans experience while watching the tournament. The inspiration behind these symbols is the Indian term ‘Navarasa’, which means ‘nine emotions’ in Indian theatre . Here are the nine symbols and their meanings:1. Joy: This symbol represents the joy fans feel when their team wins or a player they admire scores a century.2. Power: This symbol emphasizes the might of a player and is used every time a player hits a six or maximum.3. Respect: This symbol represents the respect fans and even other players have for a player who gives his all for the team and the nation he represents.4. Pride: This symbol represents the feeling of pride that one feels during the national anthem of their country.5. Bravery: This symbol represents a player’s dedication to playing for his team despite being physically hampered.6. Glory: This symbol represents winning the World Cup title and reaching ultimate glory.7. Wonder: This symbol represents the amazing and unexpected things that happen in a World Cup.8. Passion: This symbol is present in every fan, player, and lover of the sport.9. Anguish: This symbol represents the feeling one feels when their team loses .

Spare a thought for the fan please! Schedule changes and the Cricket World Cup. The World Cup is less than 2 months away and yet we don’t have a firmed up schedule. Today the Kolkata police has informed the Cricket Association of Bengal that it will struggle to provide adequate security on 12 November for the England versus Pakistan game because it falls on the same day as Kali Puja- a festival that is celebrated with much fanfare in Kolkata. The police is making a valid point here. Having lived in the city for 4 decades, I can say with certainty that it is not the best day for hosting a high profile game. If I take the North of the city where I live, there are 5-6 high profile pujas within 10-15 minutes from Eden Gardens. Each puja has more than a lac people visiting the pandal in the evening and huge security is generally deployed to ensure that law and order is smooth on festival day. There are at least 20-25 such high profile pujas in the city and it can be surmised that the security agencies will be stretched in maintaining order on Kali puja day. To have an England Pakistan game, which could well attract a crowd of 65000 at the Eden Gardens, could make it impossible for the law enforcers to manage things. Transport will be an issue, parking another and commute will be highly problematic. And with Pakistan there is always the extra sensitivity involved. In such a situation the concern is highly legitimate. The question is did the authorities not know about Kali puja before announcing the fixtures? Did they not calibrate local ground realities in advance? Will this result in a further change in the schedule and if it does, how challenging does it become to plan logistics and travel with so many last minute changes? If fans are to come into the city, which I am sure is the case with Diwali, how can they make plans with things still fluid? Normally a schedule for an event of this scale is firmed up a year or more in advance. And it is basic. Fans, who are at the center of it, can then make plans and the whole ecosystem around the event takes a firm shape. For this World Cup, all of this is still fluid and with less than 2 months left, it is impossible to make any kind of plans. Add to it that with each passing day, costs are doubling up. One can only hope that the schedule is finalised asap and things fall in place. Otherwise the worst sufferer will be the fan- the most neglected constituency in Indian cricket. Irony is Indian cricket is what it is for the fan. And yet the fan is the most dispensable of the lot and will pay the maximum price because of this scheudling fiasco.

CHATTING WITH LEGENDS"Men rise and fall like the winter wheat but these names will never die", TroyDO YOU REMEMBER THE LAST TIME YOU HAD A CHAT WITH A LEGEND? I recently had an opportunity to have inspiring chats with 2 legends who are from 2 different and very interesting fields: CRICKET and MUSIC.Rumesh Rathnayake legendary cricketer who played a crucial role in securing the first test match win for the Srilanka cricket against mighty Indian team in 1985. I still remember the way he got the last wicket of the match. It was a caught and bowled and he took 9 wickets. I still remember his bowling attack once made Clive Lloyd, West Indies legendary skipper who led the west indies team for 2 consecutive world championship, wear headgears for the first time in a tri-nations tournament held in Australia. It was a surprise to the cricketing world because he had the best ever thunder like fast bowling attack. Rukantha Gunathilaka, one of the best allrounders with many accolades produced by Sri Lanka’s musical industry. He is a very popular singer, composer, lyrics writer, music director, and a great entertainer of all time. Being a Trendsetter, he changed the Sri Lanka’s musical arena challenging certain mental frameworks and beliefs prevalent in those days with his first album “Bambara Pahasa”. He is still a popular singer and an amazing entertainer. He was behind some singers to come to the level they have reached in musical field today. Why chatting with legends? Legends have proven track records in their own fields, they have the passion and dedication towards the industries they are in, they are loved by the fans, compassionate and try to deliver the best to their fans. In addition to all above, they always contribute as coaches, trainers, mentors, and expert advisers for newcomers to unleash their potential. When you talk to them it is always memories of how they came out from challenging moments, won through negativities, etc. It inspires anyone to get motivated to overcome any challenge on their ways. What is in it for the sales management teams?Sales and sales management teams should take time off and have a chat with legends, especially the ones in their own field or may be from another industry. Unfortunately, it is very rare that we hardly recognize the legends in sales like other industries which produce celebrities. Do you agree with this? Some legends in sales have gone beyond industry norms and they have already set records in global business/sales arenas. Lets’ take sometimes to talk to our own legends who are in sales and sales management. I am sure they have a lot to share including their own magic formulas, and best practices. #traininganddevelopment #motivation #cricket #music #leadership #salesmanagement #salesexecutives #piyalg #efg #selling #ceos #hrd #hrleaders #legends #performancemanagement #hrp #businessdevelopment #marketing #insuranceindustry #bankingindustry #financeindustry #fmcg #salesleadership
